DeskClaw is a desktop application that provides an AI-powered assistant built on OpenClaw. The service includes AI chat, web search, email management, messaging integrations, and task automation capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use DeskClaw. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • DeskClaw is free to download and includes free credits upon signup.
  • AI usage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Costs vary by message complexity.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • All purchases are final. Credits do not expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DeskClaw to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI assistant is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or completeness. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

7. Third-Party Integrations

DeskClaw may integrate with third-party services such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Gmail, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

DeskClaw and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DeskClaw and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of DeskClaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
